Kaizen Engineers is an IATF 16949 certified manufacturer of automobile seating systems and assemblies. We are OEM suppliers to leading Indian automobile companies, bus body builders and government state road transport undertakings.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Ahmednagar. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, attending client meetings, handling negotiations, and closing sales. Additionally, the Sales Executive will need to maintain records and reports, coordinate with internal departments, and create sales strategies to increase revenue.

Qualifications

• Proven sales track record and experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build productive business relationships
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of CRM software
• Fluency in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Marathi is a plus
