Job description

We are seeking a confident, ambitious Onboarding Executive to help us scale Customer Onboarding to the next level. An executive would be responsible for getting Product Registrations (App/Website), Profile Completeness, Use marketing tools like Zoho (CRM), Servetel (IVR), Whatsapp (Gallabox) to achieve the objectives.

Who Should Apply:

• If you have worked on Customer Onboardings in a SaaS Product Startup
• If you have worked in the Media and Entertainment domain or the Recruitment industry
• If you have excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities:

• Identify Calls and connect with Individual aspirants in the Media and Entertainment domain via different channels (WhatsApp, Email and IVR)
• Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) Aspirants to help resolve their queries
• Identify & seek new channels for generating more leads.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or International business.
• Strong communication skills via phone, email, and other communication tools
• Must be well-versed in creating reports from marketing automation tools such as Branch.io, Zoho CRM, Marketo, Whatsapp automation tools, etc.
• Good listening skills and attention to detail with excellent interpersonal skills.
