We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst and BI Professional to join our dynamic team at InnoWave . As a proficient Data Analyst and BI professional, you will play a pivotal role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to provide actionable recommendations. Your expertise will extend to designing and maintaining BI dashboards, ensuring accessibility to key performance indicators and business metrics. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process optimization, contributing significantly to informed decision-making and enhancing our overall data-driven culture.
Responsibilities: - Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
- Design and maintain BI dashboards to provide stakeholders with easy access to key performance indicators and business metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process optimization through advanced data analysis techniques.
- Develop and implement data quality standards and best practices to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data.
- Communicate findings and insights effectively to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and presentations.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data analytics and BI tools and technologies.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
- Experience in industries such as finance, healthcare, or e-commerce is preferred.
