What will you do:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process and implement effective strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent at the warehouse
- Act as a culture ambassador and help drive initiatives for employee engagement at the warehouse
- Address and resolve employee concerns, conflicts, or grievances promptly and effectively
- Champion a culture of safety within the warehouse and ensure compliance with all necessary labour laws
- Manage and administer employee benefit programs, payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management
- Facilitate effective communication between the Central and Warehouse team through regular meetings, updates, and feedback mechanisms
What do we need:
- Must have 2+ years of warehouse human resource experience
- Thorough knowledge of HR policies, employment-related laws and regulations
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
