We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our solar company located in Gujarat, India. As the Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, training, employee relations, compensation, and benefits. You s hould have at least 4 years of experience in human resources, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.


Responsibilities:
. Develop and implement human resource policies and procedures that support the company's goals and objectives.
. Manage the r ecruitment and hiring process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
. Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.
. Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolutio n, disciplinary action, and terminations.
. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
. Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
. Coordinate with other departments to ensure that human resource initiatives are aligned with company objectives.
. Develop and maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality of all HR - related information.
. Manage the HR budget and report on key metrics to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR - related issues.
. Should be able to handle employee grievances and take wise independent decisions.


Requirements:
. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
. At least 4 years of experience in human resources, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
. Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations.
. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
. Strong problem - solving and critical - thinking skills.
. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
. Excellent organizational and time - management skills.

. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast - paced environment.
. Fem ale only no more than 35 years, married, smart, excellent communication, and presentable
