Title: Front End Architect Location: Gurugram Company: RepCard Private Limited The Front End Architect will be responsible for leading the design and development of the front end architecture for our SaaS platform. This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, design and back end development to ensure the scalability, performance, and maintainability of our front end systems. The Front End Architect will also provide technical leadership, mentorship and guidance to front end developers within the organization. Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of our front-end architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality features and products. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to front-end developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Drive innovation by researching and implementing new front-end technologies, tools, and best practices. Establish coding standards, code reviews, and testing processes to maintain code quality and stability. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to front-end development. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in front-end development, incorporating relevant technologies into our stack. Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall technical direction of the company. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 6+ years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on web applications. Proven experience as a technical leader or architect in a SaaS environment. Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Deep understanding of web performance optimization techniques and best practices. Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about complex technical challenges. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. Experience with version control systems such as Git and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle processes.Job tags
