Job description
Service Management is a cornerstone of our modernization and digitization efforts at Cognizant. ServiceNow is the strategic Platform Cognizant leverages to deliver Enterprise and IT Service Management, as a major contributor to modernizing the way we work. Leveraging ServiceNow's capabilities will be key in transforming our enterprise IT operations.To deliver these capabilities across Cognizant's enterprise we require a proven, experienced Program Director to drive the governance, planning, financial controls, cadence, and alignment of communications across the program.

Core Accountabilities
. Responsible for Service Now ITAM - HAM and SAM Pro Product Enablement within Service Now including POC's and new ideas
. Stakeholder Management for Cognizant environmental touchpoints
. Sprint and release management, including testing and Change
. Identify and document gaps for product backlog for future enhancements and capabilities
. Provide SME Service Now guidance and best practices
. Develop new and existing configurations including supporting documentation for Change Management and End User Training
. Strong understanding of Master Data Management to enable Standards across all Entities and System Platforms
. Lead and own the Business Relationship with Software Vendors that delivers excellent Customer Service and responsiveness to the Business
. Provide 2nd Level Operational Support for all Entities for each Platform that includes advanced troubleshooting techniques and tools to minimize Business impacts
. Partner with IT leadership to establish project approach and timeline
. Lead and execute the documenting of the current-state and future-state business process requirements including data flows, configurations, and reporting needs based on platform capability
. Lead and coordinate all software version upgrades with Business Stakeholders and Software Vendors to ensure successful migrations and minimal business interruptions
. Strong understanding of Service Now configuration including problem and incident management, service maps, workflow management and automation, and exception management
