JOB DESCRIPTION:
Frontend Developer - 4 for Digiteon Consulting THIS JOB IS FOR YOU IF YOU: • Are a front-end developer with required experience working with web standards, JavaScript, and Angular JS. • Have an intellectual curiosity to pursue the unknown, to continuously improve, and ambition to grow in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to think like a customer (see not their own, but the user’s perspective) • Ability to communicate well with peers, cross-functional groups, and international customers (excellent spoken and written English language skills), • Holds self to the highest levels of professional code of conduct, ethics, and values, always presenting true information RESPONSIBILITIES: • Ability to effectively communicate project solutions, process improvements, new trends, and technologies [and more] to executive leaders. • Responsible for the effective communication of the proposed solutions to a client during the solution development phase of a project • Ability to collaborate with various internal teams (PMO, Creative, Delivery, Managed Services, Client Success), and 3rd party vendors) • Ability to deliver multiple medium-complexity projects or a large highly complex program. • Creates technical specifications, low-level design documents, code and unit test plans and strategies for the entire project • Leads development activities for the entire project(s) including writing high-quality code, helping team members meet coding and quality standards • Interpret business requirements and/or functional specifications, and write technical documents including low-level design documents and technical specifications • Identifies risks, creates mitigation strategies and plans, and executes them in a timely manner, keeps all stakeholders and the project manager informed about the progress, as well as escalates to the right levels at the right times (ensuring zero surprises) • Communicates with all levels of the organization, internal, cross-functional, and external, and keeps customers/stakeholders up to date on project development status. • Monitor the work done by her/his team members, mentor them to reach the next level, and is accountable for team deliverables. • Identify reusable code segments from the project deliverables and help build internal code libraries, and productize libraries. • Good understanding of Digiteon Consulting’s implementation and project management tools; Jira, Clarizen, Bitbucket, Confluence, Git Lab • Good understanding of Frontend technologies and able to deliver eCommerce (Magento and Bigcommerce) projects from a technical aspect. EXPERIENCE AN SKILLS: Minimum: • 9-10 Years of experience as a developer and strong knowledge in various designing tools and techniques CSS and HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, angular JS, React Js Photo shop, Dream weaver, Flash, and Illustrator. • Hands-on experience working with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript libraries and their practical uses in building complex interactive experiences. • Experience in building websites in Magento 2. x Frontend Development • Deep knowledge of Customization of Magento Themes as per requirements. Knowledge in node JS, VueJS and ReactJS with Redux for Remix. NextJS (and or) NuxtJS • Should have worked on Headless Commerce and built commerce applications. • Experience in GraphQl APIs and its implementation in Magento 2 PWA Studio & Vue storefront / BigCommerce Storefront. • Good understanding of Frontend technologies and able to deliver eCommerce (Magento and Bigcommerce) projects from a technical aspect. • Follow best coding practices, theme setup, customizations, and integrations with parties, connectors, and backend systems. • Should be strong in Written/communication skills Preferred: • Magento JS Certification, General understanding of BigCommerce FE.
