Job description
Manage various marketing systems and tech stack
Leverage marketing automation, CRM, data services, and other tools to optimize lead management, marketing processes and workflows, and enable data-driven visibility
Create, plan, implement and maintain KPIs and analyze marketing and sales data to derive insights and make recommendations for improvement
Monitor, manage and maintain marketing data quality – lead enrichment, data cleaning, etc.
Evaluate new technologies to improve and optimize marketing and sales team performance
Manage various email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, and persona-based contextual messaging
Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.).
Measure results and optimize the lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads into customers.
Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of our email sends.
Develop documentation and roadmaps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email.
Education/Qualification : MBA / PGDBM Role :
