Job Title: Team Leader - RCM
Duties Of The Job - Distribution of Workload to team members
- Helping the team in handling & resolution of work related problems, understanding & interpretation of
- Issues and decision making
- Provide leadership and focus to the project teams. Responsible for the productivity, quality and overall performance of the projects
- Escalate and follow up for resolution for all issues that affect work
- Learn and implement new client systems. Co-ordinate and organize training for new joinees as well as for existing members of the team based on the projects requirement
- Interaction with the clients & taking feedback from clients and formulating Strategies to meet the client's specific needs and expectations
Skills Required - Should have In-depth knowledge in US-Healthcare provider process
- End to end RCM Knowledge – Expert in Payment posting, Credit balance and Charge Entry.
- Should have handled at least 25 people and should have good people management skills
- Experience in Migrating & Handling new Projects
- Basic knowledge of HIPAA guidelines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft tools
Eligibility - Graduate from any stream
- Willing to work in any shift
