Role Summary & Job Description The position is responsible for fulfilment of applications from all retail sales channels with accuracy, within TAT & within the budgeted cost through a team of Doc Boys (NFTEs).
Responsibilities: 1. To ensure fulfilment of applications from all retail sales channels
- To ensure processes like fraud check, extensive procedure check and data leakage checks are adhered to
- To ensure logistics for fulfilled applications to make it reach multiple sales offices
- Productivity management of doc boys on a daily & monthly basis
- Detailed allocation planning for the location and efficient route planning
- To achieve fulfilment targets within approved costs
- To keep ageing of leads low
Key Metrics: 1. Fulfilment Ratio of applications(% of total)
- Cost of Fulfillment per application
- NFTE Productivity Target Achievement - Fulfilled applications per NFTE
Skill Sets: 1. Excellent understanding of Fulfilment/Distribution & Card Sales / Operations process / policy
- Excellent team management skills
- Passion to drive results
- Sharp eye for detail to detect any frauds, data leaks, etc.
Qualifications : Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA in any discipline from a recognized university.
Relevant Experience in a field 1.2-3 Years of Sales/Fulfillment experience.
- Knowledge of distribution management
- Preferably from Consumer Finance background – Banks, Credit Card, Insurance, NBFC.
- Proficiency in Excel and data management skills
- Team handling experience – Good at Interpersonal Relationship.
