Managing 'Marketing' activities for the establishment and Coordination / Collaboration with other departments is an important responsibility for Branding & Marketing Manager
Ø Manage marketing activities – movie events,
Ø Regular email flyers – twice a week
Ø Organise online videos / training of system demonstrations to agents
Ø Monthly adverts in 3 leading Travel newspapers
Ø Annual award function / gala dinner
Ø Order and manager distribution of marketing collaterals
Ø Regular reminders on 'Vision & Mission Statement' of the Management
Ø Ensure 'Communication Protocol' is adhered to at the Back Office
Ø Follow up with marketing companies
Ø Ensuring effective delivery of communication from Principal to Travel Agents
Ø Spread awareness of the system in Indian Travel Industry – through all marketing & branding mediums
Ø Developing Travel Agent database
Ø Consumer feedback and research
Ø CRM activities for customers
Ø Managing Trade Events
Ø Brand partnerships & Advertising in India
Ø Managing PR campaigns
Ø Email Marketing
