Job Title: Campus Recruitment Specialist
Job Purpose: The Campus Recruitment Specialist is responsible for identifying and engaging recent graduates and talented students for entry-level sales positions. This role involves collaborating with universities, developing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and overseeing the placement process. The specialist will play a crucial role in building relationships with educational institutions, promoting the company brand, and contributing to the growth of the sales and business development teams.
Job Duties: - Host in-house career days for students in marketing, sales, and business development.
- Attend college career fairs to engage with students and promote the Rawalwasia Group brand.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and perform skill assessments for junior positions.
- Report on recruiting metrics, tracking the number of candidates interviewed and hired.
- Advertise open positions to online and offline alumni communities.
- Design and place print ads on college campuses and leverage social media for candidate sourcing.
- Collaborate with team leaders to define hiring needs and create relevant positions and programs.
- Build relationships with universities, colleges, and vocational institutes in different regions.
- Coordinate the placement process, including scheduling interviews, accompanying students, and sharing employer feedback.
- Communicate and coordinate with faculties and HOD-Academics on employer feedback and industry requirements.
- Organize campus placements, update student resumes and educational documents, and assist in the entire process.
- Maintain the Placement format, employer database, and records of job offers received.
- Create and maintain content for social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Analyze recruitment trends, data, and statistics to determine needs and budget requirements.
- Develop relationships with industry partners and local educational institutions.
- Work with HR, operations, and marketing to develop practical recruiting tools.
- Create and maintain professional-looking company marketing materials.
- Develop efficient systems for collecting information on performance.
- Gather and analyze cross-functional performance data.
- Lead, develop, and inspire teams to design and review policies related to employee performance.
- Present statistical performance analysis and recommend solutions.
Minimum of two years of experience in campus placements.
HR graduate or HR experience expertise preferred.
Knowledge:
- Understanding of campus recruitment processes.
