Job Title: Campus Recruitment Specialist

Job Purpose:
The Campus Recruitment Specialist is responsible for identifying and engaging recent graduates and talented students for entry-level sales positions. This role involves collaborating with universities, developing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and overseeing the placement process. The specialist will play a crucial role in building relationships with educational institutions, promoting the company brand, and contributing to the growth of the sales and business development teams.

Job Duties:
  • Host in-house career days for students in marketing, sales, and business development.
  • Attend college career fairs to engage with students and promote the Rawalwasia Group brand.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and perform skill assessments for junior positions.
  • Report on recruiting metrics, tracking the number of candidates interviewed and hired.
  • Advertise open positions to online and offline alumni communities.
  • Design and place print ads on college campuses and leverage social media for candidate sourcing.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to define hiring needs and create relevant positions and programs.
  • Build relationships with universities, colleges, and vocational institutes in different regions.
  • Coordinate the placement process, including scheduling interviews, accompanying students, and sharing employer feedback.
  • Communicate and coordinate with faculties and HOD-Academics on employer feedback and industry requirements.
  • Organize campus placements, update student resumes and educational documents, and assist in the entire process.
  • Maintain the Placement format, employer database, and records of job offers received.
  • Create and maintain content for social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Analyze recruitment trends, data, and statistics to determine needs and budget requirements.
  • Develop relationships with industry partners and local educational institutions.
  • Work with HR, operations, and marketing to develop practical recruiting tools.
  • Create and maintain professional-looking company marketing materials.
  • Develop efficient systems for collecting information on performance.
  • Gather and analyze cross-functional performance data.
  • Lead, develop, and inspire teams to design and review policies related to employee performance.
  • Present statistical performance analysis and recommend solutions.

Minimum of two years of experience in campus placements.
HR graduate or HR experience expertise preferred.


Knowledge:
