- To coordinate with team associates & CFT & as Shift-In-charge - Plant Maintenance (Required to operate in First Shift Second shift & Night shift)
- To Ensure Production line availability to VS ensuring fulfillment of QCD.
- To work for reducing technical loss & improve MTTR & MTBF.
- To prepare & update daily related reports, conduct & attend connected meetings
- To plan & execute PMI activities on regular intervals based on agreed schedule, including planning of resources & spares
- To coordinate Calibration activities of all machines mounted gauges - Acknowledging reports
- To support, Industry 4.0 projects, ITM activities, Data management - Digitalization - concept and execution
- To carry out TPM activities as per planning & execute the required results.
- To work in SAP (PM module). For all maintenance related activities
- To prepare & analyze of long duration breakdowns and plan for reduction of down times, through Corrective & preventive actions. (PDCA approach).
- To plan & execute cost effective solution in reducing losses related to 4M.
- To participate, represent & train the team in various related competitions
Qualifications
B.E / B.Tech Electrical & Electronics / Mechatronics.
Additional Information
Experience: Around 3+ years in related Maintenance of Assembly equipment and Testing.
Knowledge of I4.0 Concepts and implementation.
Strong knowledge of maintenance of equipment with
- Various Control Systems, PLCs & Drives
- Assembly techniques and alignment method
- Basic Pneumatic & Hydraulics
- Measurement systems and Calibration
- Digitalization and Applications
- To establish, document, maintain and continually improve processes
- Plan, implement and track details related to breakdown maintenance, Preventative maintenance, TPM etc., with Support team
- Training of Production personnel on TPM
- Guide the Maintenance personnel for the reduction of breakdowns, Repetitive breakdowns & OEE improvement etc.,
- Improve MTTR & MTBF from existing situation.
