Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Ball Valve Testing Technician with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team. As a Ball Valve Testing Technician, you will be responsible for performing various testing procedures on ball valves, ensuring their quality and functionality. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
Qualifications And Skills - Prior experience as a Ball Valve Testing Technician.
- Strong knowledge of ball valve testing procedures and standards.
- Experience with hydro testing, pneumatic testing, and seat testing.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with ball valves.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in testing.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and guidelines in testing procedures.
Roles And Responsibilities - Perform testing procedures on ball valves to ensure their functionality and quality.
- Conduct hydro tests, pneumatic tests, and seat tests on ball valves.
- Troubleshoot any issues or defects in ball valves.
- Perform valve assembly and disassembly as required.
