Job Profile :

• To take care of the activity and ensure all subordinates perform their duties in order to achieve Customer satisfaction while meeting and exceeding targets in terms of Profitability, Productivity, Accuracy and Quality Of Service.
• The position requires previous people management experience and strong business development skills and solid commercial knowledge. Responsible for P& L of activity.
• To implement sales strategies for Goodrich Maritime products to hit the budget assigned.
• To solicit new & develop present business and to liaise personally with the clients, providing prompt, satisfactory & courteous service in fulfilling their shipping and transportation needs.
• Expanding and creating new business opportunity under the territory assigned.
• Establish client forecast and updating the related vertical of the group's busineses in order to plan equipment, forecast and booking.
• Follow up with clients to reduce outstandings and overall businesses being executed on credit.
• Regularly update clients activity and business opportunities in weekly reports to the management.
• Responsible for local direct sales activities and tasks related to track & analyze market development in different trades.
• Customer satisfaction & loyalty improvement.
• Ensure profitability targets are met or exceeded
• Ensure the procurement rate levels are on par and always better than the market average.
• Lead, organize, & develop employees, retaining & maximizing the impact of key high performers
• Set targets & monitor performance, taking corrective action quickly & effectively when necessary
• Develop & maintain key customer and suppliers relationship
