Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Specialist to play a key role in our financial management and planning processes. The successful candidate will work closely with our finance and accounting team to ensure the efficient and effective handling of financial matters related to real estate projects.
Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct thorough financial analyses to support decision-making processes.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for management review.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Assist in the development of project budgets and financial forecasts.
- Work collaboratively with project managers to track and analyze budget variances.
- Provide insights and recommendations for financial optimization.
Cash Flow Management:
- Manage cash flow and liquidity to ensure smooth project operations.
- Monitor and forecast cash requirements for ongoing projects.
- Implement strategies to optimize cash utilization.
Financial Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with auditors to facilitate annual audits.
- Stay informed about changes in financial regulations affecting the real estate industry.
Financial Modeling:
- Develop and maintain financial models for real estate projects.
- Conduct sensitivity analyses to assess potential risks and opportunities.
Financial Strategy:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of financial strategies.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Master's degree.
- Proven experience as a Financial Specialist or similar role in the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and real estate finance.
- Proficient in financial modeling and analysis using tools like Microsoft Excel.
