Job location- Pune Experience- 2 to 6 years Education- BE/ Btech
Job Description: -Benchmark latest developments in the HVAC domain for ICE and EV’s -Act as an interface with engineers from design, CAE, system supplier to achieve project deliverables in given timelines. -Work as a CFT member for risk assessment at early concept design stage and resolution of technical issues related to vehicle thermal management. -Ensure vehicle preparation for test and validations of PAT related activities -Lead trouble shooting development issues related to FATC, ETC, calibration and assist in root cause analysis at vehicle level in workshop -Ensure rectification and check of all HVAC functionality in media and other PAT vehicles -Create and update work instructions periodically for working on passenger electric vehicles -Coordinate with shop floor working teams to ensure daily work operations smoothly as per committed plan -HVAC system performance target setting based on competitor vehicle Benchmark study -To complete Climate comfort PAT validation and performance evaluation of HVAC system, battery cooling system (BCS) for passenger electric vehicles -Shall understand FATC software interface and calibrate FATC functioning for various features -Development of Test plan as per project gateways -Works in close collaboration with CE/ COC/ VATS ops to resolve issues and meet PAT requirement as per timeline -Initiate applicable issues in the mint portal at different project gateways -Lead the activity of design validation trials at TIER-I supplier -DVP discussion with supplier and CoC and facilitate for signoffJob tags
