Location: Chennai, Hyderabad & Kolkata

Experience: 5-13 Years

Educational qualification : MBA/PGDM, B.Tech or Any Masters.(Full Time)

Qualifications:

• Operational risk experience in Banking & Financial Services is a must
• 5+ years' experience in a similar function, preferably in the Financial Industry
• Strong critical thinking and risk management skills
• Relationship Management skills and the ability to effectively negotiate outcomes
• Strong time-management and organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines and priorities within a highly demanding environment
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow up on items or determine appropriate steps for timely resolution
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
