Legal Executive for International Contracts (Fresher)

Job Description Summary We are seeking a qualified Legal Executive to provide legal support for our operations in the United States, India, and globally. Reporting directly to the Team Leader (Legal) in India, this role focuses on transactional activities across various industries and jurisdictions. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, expertise in contract review and drafting, compliance knowledge, legal research capabilities, negotiation proficiency, and effective communication skills to work independently.

Responsibilities and Duties Data entry and verification of contract details in SAP and ensure proper documentation archiving and adherence to internal contract management process. Monitoring communication from counterparties received via the legal department's email. Reviewing commercial aspects of counterparties' contracts, resolving discrepancies with company records. Coordinating with the finance team for contract audits. Drafting and reviewing various legal documents such as NDA, Master Trade Agreement, Terms & Conditions, Master Service Agreement, Parent Guarantee, Lease & Storage Agreement, Transportation Agreement, Credit Agreement, Share Subscription and Purchase Agreement, documents related to corporate governance etc. Conducting research on international sanction laws. Providing legal advice on contractual matters across multiple industries. Developing internal governance policies and supporting compliance activities. Researching and evaluating risk factors related to business decisions. Applying effective risk management techniques and offering proactive legal advice. Communicating and negotiating with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authorities, etc.).

OUR REQUIREMENTS LLB or LLM from a reputed law college. Minimum 6 months internship as in-house counsel or in a law firm. Strong drafting and negotiation skills with attention to detail. Ability to work autonomously and complete negotiations independently. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Flexibility to work efficiently in an international operational environment. Punctuality, creativity, dynamism, strong interpersonal skills, and analytical abilities. Pragmatic business approach understanding legal impacts on business operations. Team player with the ability to work independently.

SHIFT SCHEDULE We work in two shifts i.e. (i) 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM & (ii) 4:00 PM to 1:00 PM. You can be required to work in any shift as per requirements. Five Days working in a week.

JOB LOCATION Indore (MP). Work from home is not permitted.
