Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive - Website & Operations located in Gurugram. The Executive will be responsible for web analytics, content management, project management, e-commerce, and web design. The role involves ensuring website functionality, tracking traffic and user engagement, providing support and managing upgrades, and monitoring and improving search engine optimization (SEO). Making sure the correct website functionality & customer funnel Evaluating day-to-day reporting includes- website traffic, website sales, customer funnel, conversion rate Coordination with digital agencies for day-to-day reporting & campaign execution. Website management- Content, catalogue, Inventory and operations management on Shopify platform & related ERP system. Execution of campaigns through SMS, email, WhatsApp through customer retention platform as per monthly calendar. Qualifications & Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field Experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry is a plus. Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks based on business needs. Experience in Shopify is a must.Job tags
