Location: Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad
Duration: Full time
Notice Period: ASAP
Experience: 4-6 years Only, not looking for 6+ years candidates.
Education:
B-Tech - Mandatory.
Required Skills:
3+ years providing customer facing technical support.
Previous experience working with Service Request Process and Ticketing tools such as Service Now or JIRA or BMC Remedy is needed.
Extensive exp providing technical support for the following technologies - AWS, DEVOps, O365.
Strong exp providing or solving AD, Exchange, IT issues.
Strong ability to communicate clearly and professionally with end users.
Strong ability to understand complex issues in an often-ambiguous environment.
Flair for Technical support and handling customers.
Performing Root Cause analysis and resolving customer reported issues within the defined SLA.
Strong ability to analyze, interpret and communicate technical errors and solutions.
Effective polished interaction with the customer to gather information.
Strong email writing skills. Should be able to write detailed emails with excellent presentation.
