Finance and Accounts Areas of Responsibility Location Head Office -Hyderabad Handling of Directors Personal Accounts Accounting of transactions of companies and LLP as per defined standard Finalization of Monthly/Quarterly/Annual books of Accounts of companies/LLP Handled Statutory auditors and ensure filing of Income Tax returns on time Statutory compliances TDS,GST, Professional Tax and as applicable Preparation of details and coordination with Company Secretary for ROC compliances People Management and Development All other Core Accounting functions of the organization. Implementation of new initiatives Competency Type IT Knowledge Professional Knowledge Attitude Qualification and Age Experience & industry other important requirements Job Competencies Expert Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and Tally, IT Savvy Sound knowledge of Accounting practices, Direct and Indirect Taxation, Company & LLP Law. Practical knowledge in above areas. Knowledge of Process of acquisition/merger demerger of companies/LLP will help. Positive Mindset, Proactive approach, Self-driven & Result orientation, People Management, Capable of maintaining good relationship with cross functions B. Com with 9-10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry, age 30-35 Years Manufacturing industry preferableJob tags
