Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team. As a Civil Engineer at Sinclus Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects in Panipat, Haryana, India. This is a full-time position offering competitive compensation and benefits.
Qualifications And Skills - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience as a Civil Engineer, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Roles And Responsibilities - Manage and oversee construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget
- Prepare and review project plans, drawings, and specifications
- Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and construction workers
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any construction-related issues
- Review and approve contractors' invoices and payment requests
- Keep detailed records of project milestones, expenses, and materials
- Prepare progress reports and present them to clients and management
