Job description
Litmus7 team is actively seeking an experienced SAP Practice Leader to play a pivotal role in cultivating and expanding our SAP Practice. This individual will contribute significantly to positioning us for successful client engagement and the effective delivery of SAP solutions.
Job Description: Lead, guide, and mentor a team of SAP specialists, fostering skill development based on market demand. Take ownership of the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and hiring to skill enhancement, performance evaluation, and disciplinary responsibilities. Ensure that the team maintains the right balance of personnel, skills, and availability to meet both current and future demands. Actively participate in client relationship management, supporting sales and client partners in proposals, demonstrations, and presentations. Collaborate with other practice leaders as a key member of the broader leadership team. Foster connections and collaboration with colleagues within the organization to enhance both onshore and offshore capabilities. Build a strong team capable of delivering cross-functional SAP and non-SAP solutions to clients. Align management responsibilities within the practice with Litmus7's broader strategic initiatives, promoting a culture of collaboration, integrity, and inclusivity. Requirements: Demonstratable proficiency in practice management and leadership within a consulting/professional services organization. Solid grasp of both functional and technical SAP architectural principles crucial for the success of programs. Previous expertise in a core work stream such as Financials, Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing etc. is highly advantageous. Track record of successfully delivering at least two full lifecycle, large-scale SAP S4/HANA programs for enterprise clients. Good understanding of previous SAP versions and have experience migrating to SAP S4/HANA. Familiarity with SAP cloud offerings, including SAP Cloud Platform, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, and others. Extensive know of SAP integration tools and methodologies to connect SAP systems with other enterprise applications and external systems. Proficient in SAP technical architecture and well versed in various deployment topologies. Proficient in SAP Analytics and Business Intelligence tools for effective reporting and decision-making. Awareness of industry best practices and trends related to SAP implementations, ensuring the adoption of efficient and effective solutions. Hands-on experience in project delivery utilizing the SAP Agile Methodology. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport at all levels, including executive/C-level clients and other relevant stakeholders. Proven creative thinking ability to address complex problems and implement high-quality solutions.Job tags
