Job description
Responsibilities:
1. Strategize and execute daily operations of our ecommerce platform while
ensuring seamless customer experience.
2. Coordinate with various teams including product, design, and operations for
product listings, updates, and inventory management. Also manage, upload
and update entire product listings across all the platforms.
3. Monitor end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as
Google, Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
4. Conduct SEO, keyword research and optimize content for direct web traffic,
engagement, and retaining customers.
5. Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing and e-commerce
campaigns and assess against goals.
6. Prepare a detailed report of Digital marketing and ecommerce agency's
performance reports.
7. Coordination amongst website agencies, social media agencies and
e-commerce agencies.
8. Responding to all Social Media Queries & also Managing all our websites.
9. Coordinating with Graphic Designer and other team members for banners and
other creative elements.
10.Coordination with the warehouse team for order processing.
