Key areas of responsibility- Control & Instrumentation maintenance, project management, process optimization activities and site modifications. Knowledge of Preventive, Break down and proactive maintenance in routine as well as capable to trouble shoot during odd hours to minimize down time of the plant. Should know how to do various material management in SAP like Indenting C & I materials, project materials, and issue of materials. Knowledge of various inventory management techniques. Should have good knowledge of the latest field instruments, control valves, Motorized actuators, HART communicators, HART positioners, pneumatic fittings, and impulse piping's. Should be capable of configuring, and trouble shoot latest DCS and being aware of various programming techniques, having good knowledge of ladder logic, FBD, STL, and control builder will be an additional advantage. Knowledge of Yokogawa DCS Centum VP shall be preferred. Should have basic knowledge of data communication like Ethernet, control net, Profibus, optical fibre. Should have good communication skills, MS Office skills for various documentation, P&ID, SAMA drawings, ILD, I/O lists, and hook-up drawings. Knowledge of various turbine supervisory controls, governing control, and vibration measurements. Should be capable of execute/lead projects and have knowledge of erection guidelines, and project scheduling through the Gantt chart and PERT chart. Should be capable of reading and configure logic as per plant requirements for trouble shooting, efficiency improvement, process optimization. Knowledge of various breakdown and quality analysis techniques like 5 whys, fishbone/cause and effect, FMEA. Candidate should be a Diploma/B.Tech/B.E - C & I or Electronics & Communication Graduate.
