Job description
Candidate Profile: Person will be responsible for strengthening the team’s business analysis capabilities by mapping D365 Finance, Supply Chain, HR and CRM business needs into functional specifications and clearly defined and agreed requirements. The Business Analyst will work closely with business customers to understand their needs, prepare process flows and functional requirement documents, and ensure effective communication between all stakeholders, including Dev, Test, Support, and Business Contacts. The Business Analyst will see the process through testing to completion with release, backed up by appropriate release documentation. This position will play a key role in ensuring that the Business Apps team is able to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities: Map D365 Finance, Supply Chain and HR business needs into functional specifications and clearly defined and agreed requirements. Work closely with business customers to understand their needs and prepare process flows and functional requirement documents. Following an Agile methodology, work alongside developers and analysts to ensure requirements are fully understand and met Ensure effective communication between all stakeholders, including Dev, Test, Support, and Business Contacts. See the process through testing to completion with release, backed up by appropriate release documentation. Play a key role in ensuring that the Business Apps team is able to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of the business. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. 3+ years of experience in business analysis. Essential: Experience with D365 Finance and Supply Chain, with ability to advise on best practice to meet business needs Essential: Process Flow and Functional Requirements documentation Essential: Strong MS Visio experience Advantageous: Experience with D365 HR and CRM Confident and strong communicator Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
