OVERVIEW
Inxeption is looking for a dynamic Associate Director, Account Manager to join our Inxeption Team. If you love engaging and  handholding customers to ensure a great Net Promoter Score, and want to join a fast-growing, motivated team, we want to talk to you!

LOCATION:  Mumbai, India

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Customer onboarding on the Inxeption platform
• Issue resolution and escalation management
• Cross-sell data services and marketing campaigns
• Service customers as per deliverables in the contract
• Share import and pricing related data

• 8-10 years of industry experience
• Ability to coordinate with the US team for solutions
• Individual Contributor role in the beginning
• Team management skills as team members get hired
• Manufacturing Sales or B2B marketplace experience will be preferred
