Position - Ecommerce Quality Analyst

Location - Indore

Compensation: Upto 7.5 LPA

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Ecommerce Quality Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our online store, contributing to a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough testing of all website functionalities, including product listings, search, shopping cart, checkout, and payment processing.
• Identify and report bugs, usability issues, and inconsistencies across the website and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with developers and designers to resolve identified issues and ensure timely implementation of fixes.
• Maintain accurate test documentation and reports.
• Participate in the creation and execution of test plans and automation scripts.
• Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in e-commerce quality assurance.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience as an Ecommerce Quality Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of web development principles and testing methodologies.
• Experience with testing tools and automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) is a plus.
• Experience with API testing is a plus.
