Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating revenue by managing the sales process, identifying new opportunities, negotiating deals, meeting targets, and building strong relationships with customers. The Sales Manager will be located in Kolkata but can work remotely for some of the working hours.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and relationship building
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with clients and internal teams
- Ability to work independently and in a team, including remotely
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze data and market trends
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in the education industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
A successful candidate for this role should have the ability to meet targets, manage the sales process, identify new opportunities, and build strong relationships with customers. The candidate should also have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and in a team, and have an analytical mindset. Experience in the education industry and a bachelor's degree in business administration or sales would be beneficial.
