Ideally with 22yrs+ experience Incumbent should be an MBA in HR from a reputed institute. Responsible for development and implementation of a Talent Acquisition Strategy to achieve the most appropriate sourcing, evaluation, and selection of highly qualified and diverse talent. Develops, organizes, and executes business plans to achieve annual talent acquisition goals. Recruitment Leader with a sharp focus on building and executing Talent Acquisition and succession planning, talent management, compensation and benefits and performance management, etc. Strong general business knowledge, experience in building and delivering effective people strategies, strong, inspiring people leader with drive to continuously improve and develop capabilities within the organization
