Please only apply if you are holding 4+ years of core experience in to IT Business Development , Job Skills & Responsibilities : - Implementing business development activities, attending to all relevant business opportunities in the International Market for IT Software Industry. - Managing the entire business development life cycle process, right from Market Research & Analysis, Data Mining, Lead Generation, Cold Calling through different modes. - Effectively, converting the leads into prospective clients and do the final closure for the accounts. - Interact with C-Suite Level, & Top Decision makers of the Company's to close the deal. - Attend and explain the customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales. - A demonstrated successful portfolio of income-generating projects within the business-development field. - Identifying client needs, proposing solutions and furnishing clients with all required information about the organization, service offerings etc. - Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, & client satisfaction. - Involved in to complete SDLC Support and handle Multiple Clients across the Globe. Desired Candidate Profile : - Highly Enthusiastic & Motivated professional with hands on experience in International Sales - Excellent English Communication & Presentation Skills with pleasing personality - The ability to speak with confidence about a range of services for IT with thorough understanding of different geographies & International time zone. - Flair of working with international clients preferred & ready to work in US/UK Shift timings - Creative and hard-working individuals with the intent to take the initiative to deliver results.Job tags
