Job Description:
The Administration Assistant will be a key member of our team providing essential support to our daily office operations. The role includes managing administrative tasks supporting staff and contributing to a smooth and efficient workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle office tasks such as filing generating reports and presentations setting up for meetings and reordering supplies.
- Provide realtime scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
- Screen phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone email and mail.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Working knowledge of office equipment like printers and fax machines.
