Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role of IT Project Coordinator/Project Manager located in Kolkata Metropolitan area. As an IT project coordinator/project manager, you will oversee various projects' lifecycles, ensuring project objectives are met within the defined scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards. You will coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, identify risks and problems, provide technical guidance, and monitor the progress of tasks to ensure successful project completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience of 2+ years as an IT project coordinator/project manager
• Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), software development life cycle (SDLC), and project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and adapt to changing environments and circumstances
• Experience with web development, mobile app development, or e-commerce solutions is desirable
• PMP or Agile certification is a plus
