Job description
One of our prestigious clients in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is looking for a Division Head Rigs - Sales & Marketing to be based in Saudi.
Job Purpose: Develop and implement Sales strategies while overseeing Account Managers work, conduct market research to support Marketing strategies development and ensure high-quality aftersales service to Clients.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive Sales, Marketing & Aftersales strategies in coordination with the Head of Department and other relevant departments to meet the company's sales objectives.
- Lead and manage the Account Managers, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure that team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, partners, and stakeholders, and collaborate with other departments to develop and maintain effective strategies and solutions that meet clients' needs.
- Work with the Account Managers to identify potential new clients and develop strategies to win their business.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that promote the company's products and services to existing and potential clients.
- Develop compelling marketing materials that effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's products and services.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities, and stay up to date with industry news and developments.
- Analyze the market trends and the partners' needs to identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and work with the internal stakeholders to develop effective strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and new technologies to identify new sales opportunities for the company.
- Ensure that clients receive high-quality support and service after purchasing the company's products and services
- Identify opportunities to improve the company's aftersales processes and implement changes to enhance client satisfaction.
Qualification & Experience: - Bachelors degree in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
- 12+ years of relevant experience.
- Technical Certifications in the related field.
