Job description

One of our prestigious clients in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is looking for a Division Head Rigs - Sales & Marketing to be based in Saudi.

Job Purpose:

Develop and implement Sales strategies while overseeing Account Managers work, conduct market research to support Marketing strategies development and ensure high-quality aftersales service to Clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive Sales, Marketing & Aftersales strategies in coordination with the Head of Department and other relevant departments to meet the company's sales objectives.
  • Lead and manage the Account Managers, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure that team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, partners, and stakeholders, and collaborate with other departments to develop and maintain effective strategies and solutions that meet clients' needs.
  • Work with the Account Managers to identify potential new clients and develop strategies to win their business.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that promote the company's products and services to existing and potential clients.
  • Develop compelling marketing materials that effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's products and services.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities, and stay up to date with industry news and developments.
  • Analyze the market trends and the partners' needs to identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and work with the internal stakeholders to develop effective strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and new technologies to identify new sales opportunities for the company.
  • Ensure that clients receive high-quality support and service after purchasing the company's products and services
  • Identify opportunities to improve the company's aftersales processes and implement changes to enhance client satisfaction.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • 12+ years of relevant experience.
  • Technical Certifications in the related field.
