Hello Network, We are hiring for HR Payroll Admin OR HR Generalist

Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and versatile HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding. Assist in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management. Support HR initiatives, including training and development programs. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Collaborate with other HR professionals to ensure a positive work environment. Process payroll for employees in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate payroll records and resolve any discrepancies or issues. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll activities. Stay informed about changes in payroll regulations and compliance requirements. Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll matters.

Requirements: Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role. Knowledge of payroll processing software and systems. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective communication and problem-solving abilities. Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with HRIS and other HR tools. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
