Role: Experience - 2 to 5 Years only. The Proposal Manager Associate is responsible for: · Deal setup and collaboration via Sharepoint · Create Alight-branded template · Create first draft utilizing RFP data base · Assist, support and partner with lead Proposal Manager as needed · Format documents throughout the sales process · Final production: Proofread, proposal production and assist with online uploads, deliverables can include email-ready files, hard copies, flash drives, or upload to online portals Key Responsibilities: New Project Setup Ensure the set-up of each project on collaboration site Coordinate timing and requirements with lead Proposal Manager First Draft Influence project timeline based on requirements Format first draft before release to stakeholders Interim Drafts (as needed) Assemble appendix as items become available (including any necessary formatting or proofing). Clean up formatting and graphics in draft. Final Draft Quality Review Format Proofread Review requirements and make sure proposal is compliant Production Assemble final documents: original signatures, CDs, flash drives, special labeling and print Support online portal uploads if required Hard copies Obtain necessary signatures Closeout Work with lead Proposal Manager to ensure all relevant files are stored and content is refreshed Flexible Working So that you can be your best at work and home, we consider flexible working arrangements wherever possible.
