Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Pilates Instructor at Kaizen, located in North Goa. The Pilates Instructor will be responsible for working with clients to develop and implement customized Pilates programs, providing instruction and guidance on proper form and technique, and motivating and supporting clients in reaching their fitness goals. Qualifications Certification in Pilates instruction from a recognized organization Demonstrated experience in developing personalized Pilates programs for clients of varying fitness levels and abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and support clients in reaching their fitness goals Understanding of anatomy, kinesiology, and exercise physiology Ability to adapt to and modify exercises to accommodate injuries or other limitations Current CPR and First Aid certifications 2+ years of experience teaching Pilates Capable of multitasking and working in a team environment ```Job tags
