Position : Tele-calling Sales Executive
Location : Thrissur, Kerala
Experience : 1-2 Years
Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, introducing and promoting Warmonks' services, including website development, graphic designing, digital marketing, and mobile application development.
- Understand client needs, provide detailed information on our services, and address any inquiries or concerns effectively.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our service offerings and stay informed about industry trends to articulate our value proposition confidently.
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments for further discussions and potential closures.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the sales department.
- Record and maintain accurate information on customer interactions and transactions using the CRM system.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with leads generated through various channels to nurture relationships and convert prospects into clients.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to gather insights into customer preferences and market trends.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience as a tele-caller or in a similar tele sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with website development, graphic designing, digital marketing, and mobile application development concepts.
- Ability to comprehend customer needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle rejection professionally and persist in a positive manner.
