Position : Tele-calling Sales Executive

Location : Thrissur, Kerala

Experience : 1-2 Years

Responsibilities:

  1. Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, introducing and promoting Warmonks' services, including website development, graphic designing, digital marketing, and mobile application development.
  2. Understand client needs, provide detailed information on our services, and address any inquiries or concerns effectively.
  3. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our service offerings and stay informed about industry trends to articulate our value proposition confidently.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments for further discussions and potential closures.
  5. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the sales department.
  6. Record and maintain accurate information on customer interactions and transactions using the CRM system.
  7. Conduct timely follow-ups with leads generated through various channels to nurture relationships and convert prospects into clients.
  8. Collaborate with marketing teams to gather insights into customer preferences and market trends.
  9. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience as a tele-caller or in a similar tele sales role.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Familiarity with website development, graphic designing, digital marketing, and mobile application development concepts.
  4. Ability to comprehend customer needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
  5. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
  6. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  7. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  8. Ability to handle rejection professionally and persist in a positive manner.
