Title: Sr. Process Engineer
Client: LTTS

Location: Baroda
Process Engineer with experience pertaining to Chemical / Hydrocarbon / Petro-chemical / Refinery/ O&G sectors
Technical Requirement - Design and engineering of Process plants in compliance with Global Codes, Standards and Best Engineering Practice. Knowledge of company standards shall be considered as added value. Preparation/review of simulation (Aspen/Hysys/PROII), H&MB, PFD, UFD, P&IDs, Process equipment and Instrument datasheets, carrying out vendor technical bid evaluations, and other process engineering activities for PDP, FEED, DEP projects. Preparation of process and utility package data sheet, reviewing of vendor documents, participating in PHA, HAZOP, SIL and various design & safety studies. Job Requirement- Co-ordination with Site engineer, understanding project scope requirements, Supervising engineering efforts on multiple projects and coordinating with engineering teams at home office, Establishing work processes to ensure compliance with Quality requirements, Reviewing work plans to meet progress targets and schedule requirements. Keeping the task force informed on the project developments decisions affecting their work areas. Ensuring proper change management system implementation in terms of effort hours, schedule and material impacts. Checking of all engineering and design deliverables. Performing peer reviews & QC checks, participating in gate reviews. Experience of software such as Aspen Plus, Hysys, PROII, Unisim, KORF, HTRI, FlareNet, AFT Fathom/Arrow/Impulse, PSPPM, PipeNet etc is required. Minimum ExperienceBasic and detail engineering experience in Refinery, Petrochemical and Hydrocarbon industry. Candidates having experience of Reputed Consulting Engineering Companies preferably in the field of Refinery, Petrochemicals, Chemicals, Fertilizers, Oil & Gas will be preferred. Established capability to lead engineering team at site and home office. Job Knowledge

Process work flow and interdisciplinary co-ordination

Process Deliverables for Conceptual, FEED and EPCM projects - Brownfield and greenfield Work Assignments
Preparation of Design Basis, Process description and various Process Philosophies
Simulation and Hydraulic Calculations
Review all discipline engineering and design deliverables including PFD, UFD, H&MB, P&ID, datasheets.
Complete calculations and data sheet for Tanks, Spheres, Vessels Separators, Heat Exchangers, Pumps, Compressors etc.
Complete calculations and data sheet for Control valves, Instruments, PSVs, Blowdown, and Depressuring Valves, flare header and stack etc.
Prepare of Cause and Effect chart, Control Narrative etc.
Preparation of Line list, Equipment list, Utility summary, Hazardous Area Classification Schedule, Tie-in List, Effluent and Emission Summary, Relief Summary etc.
Preparation of package data sheet, Review of offers and comment on Vendor documents.
Various calculation and analysis for Dispersion, Flare Radiation, Surge, Flare system etc.
Participate in Design Review, 3D Model, P&IDs, PHA, HAZOP, SIL and other safety reviews along with clients.
Perform inter-discipline squad checks
Site surveys, Collection of data from site
Awareness of Technical audits and quality reviews
Site pre-commissioning activities and engineering support Software Tools
