Job description

Work closely with Business Development Team and Tech Leads/Tech SMEs
Take conference calls with prospects / customers to gather business requirements
Write SOW, SRS, BRD, FRD as per the needs
Prepare workflow, flowchart, Use case or any other necessary diagrams for better explanations of the requirements
Prepare Work Breakdown Structure and Estimates for a requirement
Get involved in not only pre sales but also post sales activities of the same project
As part of post-sales activities:
Work closely with UI/UX team, Project Manager and Tech Leads
Prepare User Stories as per the Sprint Plans
On completion of Sprint or Release, provide demo to the customer
Actively participate in Daily Standup meetings and Client Meetings

Eligibility Criteria
VOIP/ Dialer experience is mandatory
Relevant work experience of at least 1 Year
Excellent in-person or virtual presentation skills
Fluent at Verbal/Written English Communication
Good at Business Requirement Understanding
Should have completed Graduation
