Job description
This opening is for a Methods/Development Engineer for our foundry division.
Responsibilities Establishing and maintaining a well-documented development process for parts that helps avoid issues down the line. Liaising with the customer to ensure all requirements are captured. Working with the different departments to assess product feasibility across all downstream processes prior to RfQ approval. Developing sound method designs for new projects, and investigating improvement opportunities in existing designs. Releasing method cards and data sheets to manufacturing. Monitoring adherence to design requirements through the sample development process Analysing customer complaints and ensuring method fixes are put in place to address issues. Qualifications DME/B.E (Mechanical)- 7 Years (Min) experience in a Steel Foundry Excellent verbal and written communication skillsJob tags
