Indian / Global Digital Organization Key Skills: RFP Request For Proposal, Bid Management, RFX Roles and Responsibilities: Scan target markets for new relevant tenders and RFPs, and bring them to the notice of Sales leadership for evaluation. Manage the bid qualification process to determine whether to proceed with new opportunities. Conduct a detailed study of RFP/Tender documents and break them down into actionable tasks for teams. Project manage inputs from stakeholders across sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal, and delivery departments, escalating any non-compliance issues. Collate responses and inputs into the standard bid response template, ensuring placeholders are filled appropriately. Contribute to the written proposal content and presentation, including the preparation of a management summary. Review the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all services are included in the final price to the customer. Organize internal team reviews and final reviews with sales leadership. Ensure timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound bids, including bid submission via various channels. Manage the pre-bid clarification process, bid submission, clarification during evaluation, and final scoring by the client. Understand and resolve complex technical, strategic, and business issues arising during the bid process. Maintain a repository of tender/bid documents, including company registration, GST, PAN, templates, customer reference letters, and team member resumes. Contribute to process improvement initiatives by incorporating best practices from other organizations. Skills Required: Sound understanding of RFP/Tender structure, format, and language. Extensive experience and understanding of the bid management process. Previous experience in a bid management role within a mid/large IT organization. Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferredJob tags
