The core activities of the company are: Consulting Software Sales Integration of Tally with other Software Development of Industry specific solutions Implementation Corporate Training Customizations within and outside Tally Software Support

Designation: Customer Service Associate

Location: Charni Road,Mumbai

Qualification: Commerce Graduate

 

Skills: Good communication skills/Business understanding skills/Client handling skills

Mandatory Skills: He/She must know how to update /install and features of tally.Little bit knowledge will also work

Profile: Interaction with customers for designing 

Implementing software solutions

 Play an active role to support the clients on Tally ERP9 Software I.e. application and accounting

 Follow up with clients for Renewals, AMC and software sales and convert them.

 Keeping track of all the enquiries received from different modes.  Maintaining Customer relationship for prospective sales.

 Attending & managing various events, Trainings on tally and other webinars arranged from Tally Solutions.

 Reporting through excel , Target planning, Scheduling visits

 Proficient with CRM software (Tally Portal and V-tiger)

Communication skills: HIndi/English/Marathi.Well versed in any of these languages
