SP CTO - General Manager – Quality Assurance Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage engineers for development and support of applications for Schneider Product offers, Quality assurance of the Data center products. Responsible for planning, tracking of projects, h/w, s/w resources and allocation of people for tasks
- Ensure procurement and safe functioning of lab equipment, tracking and safety of the lab
- Own the delivery and quality of product for your teams, drive process excellence and ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement in Quality, Cost and Delivery aspects in products
- Collaborate and engage with stakeholders across location, communicate the vision and roadmap to the project teams and ensure implementation of product roadmap
- Contribute to the Dept strategy, Communicate the strategy to stakeholders and represent the team and business to Customer and partners, explore and drive growth opportunities in the portfolio.
- Collaborate with architects to work out a technology landscape that is futuristic and coach the team to implement them
- Be a trusted leader and mature leader that the team can approach for guidance and mentoring.
- Build a high-performance team that can deliver innovations for our customers.
- Recruit and nurture talent through training, development & coaching, work together with the individuals and their individual development programs to plan their career landscape
- Responsible for conducting annual performance reviews and regular one on one with team, improve employee engagement & retention and foster DEI workplace
- Actively manage organizational change, establish and foster innovation mindset and agile development culture within your team
- Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Setting clear team goals and metrics for achievement for our internal QA team
