Responsibilities-
- Formulate career development plans and lead employer branding effort.
- Responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.
- Lead the entire Global HR function
- Lead the way in implementing change initiatives related to culture, performance, recognition, and policies
- Work with founders to amplify the organization culture and make culture a key value prop for recruitment and retention
- Work with functional leaders to establish powerful onboarding processes to reduce ramp time
- Work with founders to set up the performance management system
- Drive employee engagement and own employee experience initiatives
- Oversee Talent Acquisition team
- Implement and iterate on HR systems and processes to support a rapidly growing workforce
- Develop, interpret and implement employee-friendly policies and procedures to further the company's goals with a data-driven mindset.
Requirements-
- 8-12 years experience in managing teams and budgets across technology start-ups/B2B/SaaS companies
- Experience of Talent Acquisition in scaling up teams across functions in a high growth environment
- Sound knowledge of all HR functions & working knowledge of HR softwares
- Communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in building the HR team from scratch, encompassing- Talent acquisition, HR operations and Talent management
