Looking for ServiceNow Experienced Candidate for the position of Engineer in Platform Services under ESM Domain

About You
To grow and be successful in this role you will ideally bring the following:
- 4+ Years of Total Experience with 2+ Years in ServiceNow Platform
- Providing Support and Maintenance of Property application Operating Environments.
- Being responsible for Lifecycle Management of all Property Engineering services, applications and platforms.
- Ensuring lifecycle processes are followed, with rigorous testing, formal pilot/Proof of Concept, and service transition processes followed.
- Ensures product continuity for engineering services and platforms.
- Build strong relationships and work with IT personnel and our customers to understand the business requirements of the provided services
- Provide escalation point from 3rd level Support.
- Utilises tools and practices to build, verify and deploy solutions in the most efficient ways, enhancing tech division capabilities
- Implements a culture within the Tribe and the Chapter, encouraging best practices around reviews, quality and documentation
- Provide proactive management of applications, preventive maintenance, physical and data security and vulnerability management
- Develop re-usable processes for new products and services.
- Creates estimates and continuously reviews demand within the individual Squads/teams

- Develop systems integrations and process automation - fully utilizing the platforms workflow capabilities
- Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features
- You have strong interpersonal skills and ability to successfully manage customer and stakeholder relationships
- Design, create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts and ACLs including advanced scripting
- Identify and resolve any performance issues or bugs in the Now mobile app, ensuring it operates smoothly and efficiently
- Customize and extend the ServiceNow Now mobile app to meet specific business requirements, including adding new features and functionalities.
- Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow Now mobile app development trends and best practices, and proactively propose improvements to enhance the apps capabilities
- Provide overall support, administration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform and ServiceNow applications such as ITSM, Workplace Reservation Management, etc.
- Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications; coordinates application and platform patching and upgrades
- Perform application development and maintenance, including development of new features and enhancements to existing applications through platform configuration and customization
