Client Servicing Executive/Associate Experience: 2-3 years Location: Gurgaon Clarification: The final designation for the position will be basis the selected candidates existing experience and as per internal company standards. Responsibilities Research and prepare client presentations, reports and conduct in-person client meetings Regularly interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings. Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Analyse and discuss client requirements from a solution oriented POV Cultivating solid relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional after-sales service. Research on industry & competitor trends to apply best practices to client portfolio Understanding client goals/objectives and their entire digital marketing needs including content, creative, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Social Media, Display Advertising. Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing & more. Work jointly with internal team to drive campaign strategy & development Identify growth opportunities from the client portfolio and drive revenue Research & keep current on emerging online trends and best practices within digital marketing industry Skill Requirements Minimum of 1-2 years experience managing clients in a digital advertising agency Understanding of Social Media Marketing, Content, and Creative verticals Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills.
