The Team

Our mission is to develop Safe and Secure Vehicles by leveraging state of the art technologies and cybersecure practices. Our team, 'Cybersecurity & Functional Safety' is in the heart of this great transformation & aims to maintain strong Cybersecurity Posture within the whole organization at Group Truck Technology (GTT).

We are, therefore, responsible for developing and improving our product cybersecurity management system (PCSMS) in a continuous manner, provide cybersecurity technical concepts & inputs while defining E/E Architecture, develop & release cybersecurity infrastructure requirements (also called CS specification) & coordinate the CS work across whole organization for Vehicle Type Approvals.

The team would also support other development teams (agile release trains) to perform TARA analysis, attack vector analysis and facilitate releasing of different CS work products according to various standards, regulations such as ISO/SEA 21434 and UNECE 155.

We are now looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer who can support us in this quest.

As a Cybersecurity Engineer you will work closely with the agile release trains, by either supporting them in performing the needed CS related activities as per the defined PCSMS or reviewing the delivered artefacts including, TARA, attack vector analysis by considering exposure interfaces, risk management, allocating of necessary CS mitigations & develop CS test specifications for verifying CS system Specifications, thereby covering the complete 'V' Cycle. By being part of the Central CS team, you will also be involved & contribute towards refining CS system specifications, Process improvements & whole vehicle type approvals.

This position is within 'Cybersecurity & Functional Safety' group at BLR, under the global 'Cybersecurity & Functional safety' Technology area within Group Truck Technology (GTT).

As a person, you have a broad technical ability combined with particularly good people skills and a strong belief in agile methods. You have a strong ability to inspire, develop and motivate individuals and teams. Proficient at leading all phases of projects, programs and initiatives of diverse scope and complexity. Work and collaborate with different ART (agile release Train) either by leading or supporting based on business needs and introduce cybersecurity infrastructure requirements.
